This customer ordered a custom sized 30" x 36" rack in a black powder coat.
He now has double the storage space in the back of his 4Runner.

Didn't the one I saw at your shop have some fancy laser cut Utah logo on the side of the basket?

Yes, we have those available too. You can see one style on the middle rack and another style on the two side racks.

Here's what i've done with the 24x42" rack. We built a mounting system to allow for cooler/bin storage underneath, while nicely stowing gear up top.

Those look awesome. How does the rack attach to the factory bars in the roof-rack application? Can you make the hitch mount bar "Z" shaped to increase clearance? Will there be optional lengths available for the hitch rack bar to clear rear mounted spare tires and such (when needed)? Is there an up charge for custom colors? Any plans for ski or snow board clamps for the racks? Is there an extra charge for awesomeness?

There are ways... Most readily available "U" bolts, like you'd find at a hardware store will work. If the factory bars are especially wide (as most are these days) I would suggest drilling holes through the crossbars in the appropriate locations that line up with the bars in the rack. Most factory roof bars are made from extruded aluminum and would not rust if you drilled through them.

Yes. We're working on an "add-on" riser for the receiver racks.

Right now they have two holes to make slight adjustments. We'll look into it further.

Yes. We're still working on the pricing details for upgrades.

No plans for now. There just isn't the market here in Utah - Go figure...
Awesomeness is standard!

Here are some pics:
This is the "LG" (42" x 54") - They are ready to ship. If you need shorter side rails, no side rails, or a custom lengths and widths, we can build to your specs.
The coating is "Black Hammertone" and is one of the three stock coatings to choose from. The other two are: "OD Green" and "Silver Hammertone."
And my favorite :
